Johan Nel
Johan Nel matriculated in 1994 and started his studies in 1995.
He got his diploma in Civil engineering in 1998.
Johan has got 24 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering industry. He has worked for Spoornet, Transnet, RCL Foods and in the private sector with experience in Earthworks, Concrete work, Building work, Steel structures and Project / Contract management.
He has worked on a variety of Civil engineering projects across South Africa and Africa (Botswana, Tanzania, Zimbabwe).
He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), South African Institute for Civil Engineers (SAICE) as well as the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP)

Oubaas Jansen van Vuuren
Oubaas was born and grew up in Malelane. In 1996, he joined his brother, who started C&M Algemene Dienste.
Oubaas strives for good, honest and reliable
workmanship and service delivery. He is a second generation builder and has a
wide range of experience in civils, construction, renovation and maintenance work.
